How It Works

At Visualize by Dror, our mission is to capture the vision and taste of our clients and inject our design expertise so that together, we can make your dream home a reality! The role of a designer is to maximize the potential of a space, both functionally and aesthetically. We mine the raw materials of our clients’ style and imagination and devise creative ways in which to apply their ideas that transform their home beyond their expectations. Let’s make a masterpiece together that will amaze you, your family, and your guests for years to come!

Discovery

The 3D rendering process begins with an initial meeting in which we discuss which spaces of your home you are interested in transforming. Before we even begin discussing a potential design plan, we will take exact measurements and photos of the spaces so we have a complete understanding of the canvas onto which we will cast our ideas. Once we have measured and assessed all of the dimensions of the spaces you would like to remodel, we can then move on to discussing your vision for their transformation.

Design

This stage is perhaps the most important of the entire 3D rendering process because it is where we begin to learn about your vision, taste, and intentions. During this stage, we will listen carefully to your ideas and present some of our own in order to gauge your reactions to certain suggestions about style, layout, color, texture and more. Understanding our clients and translating their personalities into our designs is one of the most crucial, yet rewarding aspects of what we do.

VR Presentation

Equipped with all the information we have gathered during our initial discussion, we will then build upon your ideas and develop a design plan using state-of-the-art 3D rendering software. Once the design rendering is complete and has been fully polished, we will share it with you in the form of a dynamic virtual reality presentation and elicit their feedback. Any adjustments that you would like to have made to the design plan will be made during this stage of the process in order to refine and perfect it before final deployment.

Deployment

Our role in the renovation process does not end with the finalizing of the design plan. The 3D rendering itself is an incredibly useful tool for explaining your plan to a contractor or remodeling company, but it may still require some translation on our part. We remain available and engaged throughout the renovation process in order to address any of the contractor’s questions and to assist with the overall execution of the design plan.
